The purpose of this conference is to cooperate with provincial associations and professional committees to study the contents and methods of relevant education and training work of associations and professional committees at all levels from the perspective of engineering cost professional talent training and talent team construction. Focusing on the subject of personnel training for engineering cost specialty, the meeting discussed the current situation and existing problems of personnel training, the direction and content of personnel training, the construction of work linkage mechanism and personnel training guidance (discussion draft).

In his speech, President Yang Likun stressed that all levels of associations and professional committees should focus on the education and training of engineering cost professionals, explore and summarize relevant experience, study linkage mode, division of responsibilities, prospect objectives and implementation path, play a leading, guiding, supervising and promoting role, and organize various forms according to the principle of "overall planning and step-by-step implementation" The construction of professional talents. She stressed that training could not replace talent training. It should be result oriented and further clarify the talent training activities suitable for organizations of associations and professional committees at all levels. In the process of communication and cooperation, we should actively promote the engineering cost industry, learn the advanced practices of domestic and foreign industry associations and enterprises, solve the problem of the disconnection between college education and practical work, and solve the problem of the gap between the current situation of professional talent ability and the actual talent demand in the market. We should coordinate the training forces of all walks of life in a more open manner, with the association leading the school enterprise integration of education and training resources, and promote the linkage mechanism construction of associations and professional committees at all levels. It is hoped that through joint efforts, the overall level of talent team in the engineering cost industry will be gradually improved.

The representatives at the meeting exchanged working experience related to personnel training and studied the work content. Guangdong has actively explored both academic education and skill education, effectively promoted school enterprise cooperation by means of experimental classes, open classes and practice bases, organized industry forums, series of special training and education platform construction, and strengthened communication and cooperation with the Royal Society of Surveyors of Hong Kong and explored models for reference. Zhejiang has established a training mechanism for reserve, basic, backbone and leading talents in different levels and categories, and established a joint college with dozens of enterprises and well-known universities to carry out customized training, organize forums, salons, on-site observation, skill competitions, knowledge competitions and other activities. Jiangsu has set up an education branch, which is jointly managed online and offline, designs systematic training programs for project managers, and organizes school enterprise cooperation forums, named training classes, targeted employment training and other activities. Beijing organizes a series of international engineering knowledge activities, selection of excellent cost personnel and relevant vocational qualification training. Xinjiang shared the experience of organizing and compiling a series of education textbooks for engineering practitioners, hoping to help the school improve the level of professional course construction. Chongqing has been exploring the "Trinity" talent training mode, organizing targeted activities such as "famous lecturer", "top 10 cost engineers" and skill competition. The representatives of Liaoning Provincial Association from enterprises gave a high evaluation to the seminar organized by CPIC, and exchanged experiences in combination with the actual work of enterprise personnel training. They also recognized the ideas and measures put forward in the Research Report on the training and development strategy of engineering cost professionals of CPIC. They suggested that the top-level design, standard classification and classification, exploration of resource sharing, and continuing education should be emphasized Simplex and diversified teachers.

"Talent is the first resource". In order to further implement the goal and task of talent development, CVA strengthened the research on relevant topics and carried out work planning and deployment. On the basis of Research Report on training and development strategy of engineering cost professionals, China Price Association organized academic education committee to carry out research on training system of engineering cost professionals, hoping to study from three aspects of talent training work: first, the current situation and existing problems of engineering cost professionals; second, the ability and knowledge demand of engineering cost professionals in the new era The third part is the research on the contents and methods of training and education of engineering cost professionals. On July 16, 2019, the research plan discussion and work promotion meeting of the project was held in Beijing. The research team further clarified the main research direction, current situation and demand survey points, talent ability classification standards and research focus of each sub project.

According to the meeting, through organizing experts in the industry to carry out a series of special studies on talent training, and combining with associations and professional committees at all levels to carry out work experience exchange meetings, further strengthen communication and cooperation, jointly promote the construction of talent training system and working mechanism, better mobilize social training resources, and promote industry work in a systematic and systematic way. Associations and professional committees at all levels will continue to carry out personnel training activities step by step, and speed up the construction of personnel training system with industry needs and market needs in combination with the direction and development trend of project cost reform of "marketization, informatization, legalization and internationalization". The meeting requires that the personnel training work should be further done from the following aspects: first, strengthening the research on the project cost professional personnel training system; second, making overall planning for the top-level design related to personnel training; third, building a linkage mechanism and giving play to the role of promotion and guidance; fourth, building a hierarchical training model guided by market demand; fifth, attaching importance to the construction of teachers and building a training model Resource sharing platform.

With the joint efforts of the participants, the conference has achieved the expected results. In order to promote the construction of the project cost talent team, it has carried out in-depth discussion and reached some consensus. In the next step, China Price Association, local associations and professional committees will continue to work together to strengthen the construction of talent training mechanism, actively improve the comprehensive ability of project cost professionals, and serve the sustainable development of the industry.
